I must say firstly the customer service is faultless and I mean faultless. They replied back to my every email, extremely fast. They was professional with every reply even tho I was being a pain, and they helped me sort out my issue sending me screens shots and explaining In great detail. I know if I ever had a real problem they will be there answering and making me feel at ease. Just a great customer service and you always know someone is on the other end of an email. Which is priceless. 5*

Nice wallet, but it now always needs to be recovered for some reason. As soon as you close the app, or just put it in the background it needs to be recovered. I am sorry but this is no longer acceptable. Why is this happenning? Is it possible to lose all of the crypto holdings there some day? I dont know, but it does not look like it is a safe wallet at this point, even though it looks nice, has staking, and few other nice options. I wish it worked as it used to, but I removed my crypto from it.

Last update made it impossible to launch the app. The devs got in touch and explained a temp fix, how to recover my funds, nice and the app launches now. All good. Staking fees are still a sore sport for me. More detail about fee amounts, network fees and which are zilliqa and which is moonlet would be very helpful beforehand. Overall, good customer support, good recovery, staking can be more detailed about fees but works. 4 out of 5 for now.

We have decided to revert the Android release since something looks broken with the build itself which makes the app to crash. We have reverted it the release. Check the Google Play in a few minutes and update it one more time. Thanks for your understanding.
