Super convenient and easy to use. The bikes even have a slot to put your cell phone in if you're using your phone to navigate on the gps. The Bikes are more well thought out than the YouBikes in Taipei, which are still great 🙃😂😂...but this app also has English, so it's super convenient!

1st time and the last time using the app. App does not load well at all. Each loading point took more than 10s to load. Payment page doesnt appear. Took forever to end the trip, bcos cannot end at all. Raise dispute to end trip also got problem. Other than uploading picture everything is just very slow and not loading. I want a refund.

Bad bikes bad app. I just got stuck because it failed to communicate back to the bike and I couldn't return or end the trip. Charged me 5x the usual fee plus the inconvenience of wasting time trying to close the stupid thing. Ubike was so much better, but it seems like corruption overrules good service.
