App works pretty poorly. glitchy and have had issues the past several months/year, pretty sure as newer products from motorola are rolling out theyre slowly growing more and more careless about the app associated to older products. As of most recent, modem on the app shows offline even though I have perfect connection with wifi through the modem/router. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, resetting modem, etc. Actual product I'd give 8/10. App associated to product I'd give 2/10

This app was very slow before but it was manageable. Now, for some reason it logged me out and now I can no longer get back in. Whenever I try to recover my password it literally will not let me... I put in my email that I used and the button will not work at all. I put in another email I know I didn't use and for some reason it works for that email but not the one I have registered with the app... unbelievable.

Could be better: got my modem/WiFi a few days ago and loaded this app' the same day. It's been working decent for me but certainly not perfect or intuitive. It can take a full 15min to update connection status on whatever you're looking at, after a change. The 'speed tests' fail to complete at least 70% of the time. So I guess it's good as a basic monitor and that's about it.
