Actually, the app works quite well and has significantly improved in the few months I've owned the car. But I'm giving it a low rating because it's pushing advertisements / special offer notifications at me which I can't disable without also disabling important charging-related notifications. Stop pinging me with special offers and I'll consider a better rating.

The app lacks technology for 2024 Lyriq, things like opening/closing the roof shade and rolling down the windows when the car is hot before I get in should be there. The feature of mobile starting (shared family) the Lyriq is dumb! It does not give an option to set the interior temp, instead it just counts down from 60 min. Also, the profile on infotainment does not change with different keys. You have to manually do it. Trusted device feature does not unlock unless the app is open on the phone.

This app has not been functioning properly for a long time. I keep trying to sign in , it sends me a security code, and then it says unable to connect. I've tried to update and couldn't, then I un-installed the app and reinstalled it, and the same thing happened again. I give up, I would like to control my settings from my phone. Disappointed 😞
