Terrible! Despite being a loyal customer for several years, they have increased my price twice in recent times from $49 to $69. No indication on stopping increases, also no courtesy other than a brief email saying "the price is going up next month". All about the money! As a small business owner, I would 100% not recommend unless you would like to get walked all over. When I asked for help, I got a response from Thailand, didn't answer my questions until I asked repeatedly. Do not download

When I was able to use the app it was okay, bit clunky but usable. But now I've been signed out of my account and it won't allow me to sign back in. Reset password button asks me for 'Client Area name' rather than my email address and I don't even know what a client area name is.

Can't use the store function. It appears to be on my menu when I open the app but when I click on it, it disappears. My gym uses this for purchasing scans, gym accessories and also casual passes. I've signed in and out, and deleted the app and redownloaded it multiple times and nothing works.
