I don't recommend this service. I used it once to send over a single fax. I opted for the cheapest option of one week for $10. I needed the service, and it was convenient. Ididn't expect the service to renew every week and charge my bank account every week. no where is that implied. if I wanted to keep the service why wouldn't I have opted for the discounted rates they had for longer periods of time. This is a scam and should be illegal. BTW ,y documents never made it to the intended recipient.

I was going to have to drive somewhere to send a certified letter overnight. Paying for a one week subscription to fax flow saved me at least 30 minutes of time and may have cost half the price of mailing. Not cheap, not expensive, but worth every penny. It took about 5 minutes to download the app, scan the document, fax the document, and to receive an email confirmation that the document was faxed. 🥳

NOT FREE for single use fax... just use HP smart Prompts for Google review saying it's an in-app review, then prompts for subscription without ability to skip for free version. I attempted a short message as cover letter & 1 page JPG file. Obviously I changed my review from 5 to 1 star... I wish more people would've taken the time to do so as well after being conned into giving this 5 stars so I wouldn't have wasted my time.
