Scam rental app. I had booked a premium car (Mahindra TUV) for a day, car's axle broke down at remote location, they blamed it me, didn't come to pickup in the middle of the night, seized a my security deposit despite purchasing the rental protection insurance which clearly mentions "emergency evacuation". Untrustworthy app.

I am extremely disappointed with the rigid cancellation policy of your company. The lack of flexibility and understanding is astonishing. Despite providing ample notice, I was still charged a hefty fee for cancelling my service. The policy seems to be designed to punish customers rather than accommodate their changing needs.
