Since the last update I can't login to app. It keeps saying "there seems to be no internet connection ". My other apps work great.

The amount of times this shuts me out because the 'session is expired' is ridiculous!!!! The coverage is already fairly terrible, but the app won't tell you all of your benefits, only some of them. Fix the authentication and session Expiration at the very least. Oh, and stop asking me to rate this app.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Do NOT be defrauded by this fake insurance company. They claim to offer you insurance, only for a doctor to consider it a discount plan and that's IF you find a doctor in network. I was unable to use my benefits for months. Providers in network could not find my coverage. Upon canceling, I was refused a refund even though I had been paying for services not rendered. What a massive waste of time and money
