Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible. Extremely slow loading. Also, every time I log in, the app says "unable to load your app"(whatever that means) yet it still shows my information. I sent a message asking a question because I need to know my "group number" to send a claim online and I can't view the reply because it says I need to log in. I click log in, and it goes back to the home page and again says "unable to load your app". Also it's constantly having me log in again. Horrible app. This is on Pixel 9.

if i could give this app a 0 star I would. the best service myEmblemHealth can do is to delete this app from the store and make it accessible through Google Chrome, Firefox and other internet software only. If you want to reset your email and password the browser would be the best way. if you need to download your ID card go to ID card once you login in browser and you can access it easy. Either improve accessibility as you're close to 2 stars or literally delete this app from existence.

doesnt work any longer it forces am email in but then after u enter it the SUBMIT button is missing, who built this app a 5 year old?
