Support is not that great. I called the customer support telephone number and I was disconnected. I’m trying to replace a Hearing Aid.( I lost one of the originals.) and I cannot get the new hearing aids. I received to sync with the app. How do you get rid of the Hearing Aid left from the first ones and replace it on the app with the hearing aid you received and replace.

no support, data transfer incomplete device not connecting, can't program as advertised, useless will be returning the device for a refund.

The app needs work sounds really tiny even after adjusting the eq sliders $300.00 Dollars for these are not a good price 100 Dollars is were these hearing amplifiers with blue tooth is what they should cost .
