As the app is currently I cannot enjoy my smart device. I got a wifi ice maker and it doesn't work with alexa half the time along with the app on my phone. It doesn't say it's connected in the app when it is on the device and it being less than 10ft from my wifi

Can't download it! I opted for the Saki Air fryer as the selling point for me was Alexa compatibility. Since Crownful and Saki are the only ones on the market, you guys shot yourselves in the foot but having an app that cannot be downloaded. I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g. It's not my phone...

Installed the app to control my kettle. The delay timer is a complete mess. It's Unintuative and won't save a setting. In this state, the app is basically an on-off switch. EDIT: GRRRR. Did the devs ever try the app themselves??? The whole experience is an act of frustration.
