If you're thinking of opening an account with globus, Don't do it! I opened an account with them and uploaded all the documents required for an account upgrade but it wasn't done, I called customer care twice, they told me they sent a form to my email that I need to fill and send to them, it's been more than 18 hours, I haven't received any form.

I created this account and I put a sum of money in the account however I tried to make transfer and I was told the account has been restricted, without any reason. The most annoying thing to top it all the interface of the dashboard or the app I don't understand how do I communicatevwith the customer care to get help with this I need help with this globus bank kindly reach out to me to solve this immediately and don't make me regret giving you a chance

Globus bank what happened to my ACCOUNT I open account with you fund it it after which you keep on asking me to activate my profile and you are not sending the OTP to my email and that the email you send me credit alert now send you are no sending I can't access is not even showing in the app
