Ratings and reviews

This game is glitchy as hell on your phone, regardless of how strong your WiFi connection is. Attacks hit when I am clearly out of range. 30 vs. 30 battles? Forget it. You'll either lag too much, spawn in with the wrong skills, or get locked in between other people who disconnect and won't be able to move. I started playing 5 minutes after the game opened to the public and there were people already with maxed out gear. Talk about P2W.

Customer service is garbage. I had an issue for 2 days where I was unable to get in to the event boss and I was getting an error " cannot get in" regardless if was in group or not. They said they couldn't do anything for me because others are not having the issue, no else one is reporting it and not enough evidence. Basically saying user error but can't help you. Been playing since pre order. Good game when its working but when something goes wrong then its your at fault til enough people have the same issue.

The gameplay is great, you do not need to spend a dime on this game, just play the game. New players and characters get loot boxes every level up, which have a chance to get SR Gear, and other rewards. The story is rich, the world is beautiful, and there is always something to do. Joining a Clan is also quite enjoyable, as it allows you to do Temporal Rifts and other dungeons with a group. Trust me when I say this, this game is the bombdiggity regardless of the bad reviewers say.
