About this app

The Source Turbo by ExtractCraft is a botanical extraction appliance for your kitchen monitored by your smartphone via Bluetooth. The app allows the user to start and stop the machine, monitor the time, pressure, and temperature of the process. You can create healthy, natural extracts and concentrates from any botanical material. The only limit is your imagination!

Ratings and reviews

Needs a little polish. The app and device work OK but both could use a little refinement. App could benefit from some added functionality and device could use a little R&D. For example, a larger crucible, better vapor collection and condensing system. Perhaps redesigning the glass lid to have a slope would be a start. As things are vapor condenses on the lid and drops right back into the crucible!

It's good for monitoring progress. There's not a ton of need for features with something like this. A few improvements could be made: ・Not sure if it's due to current technical limitations, but being able to start Turbo mode would be a clear upgrade ・The app does lose connection with the Source easily, but allowing the app unrestricted battery access prevents this. A gentle nudge for the user to do this would work. ・a dark theme please 🙂 btw, the lid is slanted now. Thanks!

Very buggy and disappointing. Half the time it won't even connect to the machine at all and the other half of the time I just have to keep reconnecting. Not user friendly and is a big waste of time.
