App hasn't ever once worked since I installed over 3 months ago, so I have to use online login. I keep getting an error message of wrong phone number or email. Here's the error message I'm receiving: The email, phone number, or password is incorrect. Please check and try again. S-8 🤔

I downloaded the app and when I open I am presented with a screen asking for my phone number or I can switch to email instead but it says credentials are wrong and they are wrong cause I never created an online account and there is no option to create one

Tells me my credentials are wrong, when I've only entered in my email address (which is 100% accurate, and verified on the site). Developer is trash.
