this company blocks your entry by removing entry to your locker repeatedly even when your payments are up to date I have now discovered for the 4th time I cannot get in, they removed the old locks and computerised the system but it DOES NOT WORK. ONLY FOR THE COMPANY NOT FOR THE PAYEE. IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Yesterday I went to access my unit, this app did not work. I tried many times. I was told to update the app. Came to play store, nothing to update. Complete useless app. Good for nothing. Should get zero star.

The app was a substitute for a physical key to a lock which comes with some functions which allows you to locate your rental storage space with a beeping noise to show when you have unlocked it. Also you will be given a number and letter as there are many locked roller doors being rented inside and it's a bit of a maze with a 2nd floor which the app is also needed for opening and operating the lift system and all works fine through the app only so please keep in mind you would need data/battery.
