About this app

In the context of the government’s interest in Omani citizens to reduce the financial burden resulting from the liberalization of fuel prices, electricity and water consumption, and in implementation of the decision of the Council of Ministers, the National Support System was established to support some segments of society of Omani citizens who meet the criteria set by the government to obtain support. The support system includes all Omani citizens who meet the criteria set by the government. The national support system is a single window, providing a simple and reliable mechanism for all Omani citizens to participate on an equal basis and benefit from the support.

The app does not deserve even a one star..its useless app! its not working since 27 July 2025 till today 17 Sept 2025 wasting our time and energy. The administrators are a bunch of lazy staff. How come a public domain is under maintenance for more than two months?

I can't update my information since February. I can't open it needs a verification code , and there is no button to click to get the verification code. It tells me put your finger as verification code & there is no place for me to do it & the worse part it get stuck in such a way I can't close the app , I can open my phone, I can't even cancel it. don't have a help button. You should charge a very big fine from the company who developed this app , it's not friendly, you can't use it at all

From technical prospective I will never pay OMR100 for such app lile this. I have been trying to login since few days and always says sever error. I also, not able to change the password. I hope this note reach the person who is in charge in the government.
