About this app

Nourish with Sim is based on our founder, Simrun Chopra’s simple philosophy of ‘mindful eating’. It revolves around the integration of exercise with realistic eating habits to create a balanced health & fitness-oriented approach that is easy to implement.

Our programs focus on you. They work with the foods that you are familiar with and eat every day, removing the need to make drastic changes to the way you eat and live. The programs are easy to follow and have no preset conditions. No fancy ingredients. No unnecessary expenditure.

Really. All we ask of you is 30 minutes a day for your daily workout. We tell you how to plan your meals. We give you guidance on eating mindfully. We want you to be happier, healthier and stronger.

Loved the convenience this app provides. Makes workouts much easier. Love the progress dashboard. A couple of suggestions - the bar that has the name of the current exercise is too big. The words 'next' and 'prev' are too close. Clicking on next takes a few attempts. Also if we could see the whole week's workouts it would be helpful in case we switch the days around a bit. And if we could view all 'habits' so far in one place, we could get a better picture of how far we've come.

The app is not working on S24. I reached out to the support team, and they are not providing any resolution or response to that. I have been struggling just to run this application on the latest Android phone. Despite all the issues with the application not responding or loading, taking time even on fast wifi, this one is disappointing that the application is not even opening or responding. I am stuck on my program and can't do anything about it because the team won't reply.

the app doesn't work at all. I enrolled myself on their special 'Metabolic Reset' programme only to realise that I don't have access to the workouts for which I've to buy 1 of the programmes bt I already have bought one. On advice of the nutritionist on WhatsApp, I also purchased the special supplies for the diet 1 and 2 only to realise that I cannt begin the programme b'coz of no access to it. Nutritionist keeps repeating that this shouldn't happen.. a real helpful response indeed!
