To use the O2 Digital Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Old Second National Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

This app is garbage. They do maintenance every single day and when most do it in the middle of the night, they do it between 8 and 10pm. It causes my balance to be off in the app, and most times, it says I have hundreds more than I actually do. Other times it says there is an error and won't change even after a purchase. We were a First Merchants transfer and I am not happy with this O2 app at all.

So far, I have not had any major issues with the app or this bank since the name changed in December 2024. MY only complaint is that I need/would like for the bank to increase the limit amount that can be Zelle. I was trying to pay a business and I had to do it in 3 transactions over 3 days!!! AND once you have Zelle the max($600), that's it for the day. INCREASE THE ZELLE AMOUNT LIMIT, THANK YOU. I have business to take care of.

Unreliable. When you purchase something, it takes over a day for it to register that you've spent your funds, doesn't update your savings correctly, and doesn't notify you of most transactions.
