About this app

Use the ClimateResponse® App to participate in California’s Power Saver Rewards (PSR) Program. Get notified when demand on the electric grid is high on select summer days and get rewarded for reducing your energy use. After installing the app, complete the sign up steps to start earning incentives for participating in Power Saver Rewards events by reducing your energy use.

I thini its a scam, its been probably 1/2 months since i signup and app tells me I don't have permission to access app and somehow my bill went up an additional $60, could be another appliance who knows just a weird coincidence. Gonna call in morning to see if i can have them erase my account. Also going to contact SCE to make sure the email they sent me about this wasn't a scam

Cannot even complete installation setup as my PGE account has more digits than allowed in the box. After reviewing the reviews I doubt it's worth installing. Typical company junk that was made for some compliance reason or so they can bs their way through some meeting. Not even going to try again, terrible app, support chat just asks for personal details and then an email. I can only imagine the level of support I would get. No need for the developer to respond, look at the rating!

Does not recognize my PG&E account. I double checked the values for my account for the registration form too. Calling support to complete the registration process is not worth the benefit. Do not waste your time with this application and registration process.
