Bowing prayer is an exercise that strengthens the spine and muscles, and helps improve blood circulation and relieve stress.
The bow prayer app allows you to easily bow anytime, anywhere.
Here's how to use the temple prayer app:
- Timer mode: Used when bowing at a set time.
Press the start button and begin the verse when you hear the start sound.
Bow within the timer set time (bow once).
Repeat for the target number of verses.
- Sensor count mode: Close to the proximity sensor located at the top of the front of the smartphone.
If you bow with your forehead, the number of times is automatically counted.
You can also count by touching the center of the screen.
If you bow the target number of times, it will be automatically recorded.
- Note: The screen can be rotated in any direction you want.

- The smartphone screen rotates according to the user.
- Be careful not to drop or hit your smartphone.
- When bowing, bend your knees and bow your body.
- When bowing, do so with a relaxed posture and mind.
