Not a great experience. Even if you provide all documents and even if your salary is handsome, they take long time and give you last slot and always claim that there are no availabilities. I have been testing them from past 2 or 3 years and everything they have same excuse. It looks like they offer last slots to everyone and use everyone money for their investment and incomes then after 5 or 10 months they give full amount back That's the catch and it's unfair and they should be banned by sbp.

very disappointing. the refund policy is hectic, I have been chasing your customer support for two weeks and yet I received a partial refund, I have shared all the screenshots to the customer support on WhatsApp but still no response. extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, they never called neither respond to the query on time. for me it's a not recommended app.

Very bad experience as the app is just fraud because they have given options for urgent payout but once we apply they capture all the personal information like CNIC, mobile number, addresses etc. Moreover, after a long time waiting they refuse to give early payout and suggest for the last numbers which does not makes any sense. This created a lot of mess and confusionas well as made customers unhappy with this miscomitment. Really pathetic services and should be penalized by SECP. Ban it.
