Conditions of use:

- Max it application is dedicated to Orange Sierra Leone customers under 3G/4G network coverage.
- Download: possible under Wifi and free. Under mobile coverage the downloading traffic cost is deducted from the customer’s data plan or pay per use session.
Cost : The mobile traffic for the app use is free except when being located via Max it application or when the user is directed to a website, data charges apply and are deducted from the customer's data plan.

I like the app. it's simple to use. It keeps a real time record of your transactions, and even more functions. My only concern is that, the app does not work offline, if my data finishes, I need to Hotspot from someone before buying data. And I suggest that if the normal way we used to buy data is no longer working, kindly remove it. because when you buy data it doesn't work, so your money goes to waste. please look into this matter.

Boring and good for nothing app. I've tried logging but to no avail. Each time I attempt logging in, I'm told "oops, something went wrong. Please press the exit button and try again" after countless times of doing that to no avail, I cleared the cache but didn't still work, I uninstalled and reinstalled it but the same problem of logging in persisted. This app doesn't even a 1 star rating.

The feature is good, especially the OM. My main problem with the app is, why do i need Internet before I can use it?. Why do i have to subscribe to other network for Internet connections, then subscribe to your network Internet connection using your app, that a waste of data and resources. That's really frustrating, boring, and time-consuming. Please make an adjustment to it, so that customers can use offline. Now, the most frustrating thing is that the app can not open after download. Thanks!!
