The app is very slow, it takes a lots of time to add the items in the cart. specially since the last update and one more thing I was adding melon it was in stock but when I clicked to add in my cart the app gets closed automatically. There is no support option in the app to complain about the issue, I will change my review once it gets resolved.

Bad user experience... Have to click multiple times then the required action gets hit... my location is not deliverable I don't know the reason but in the past I have ordered multiple times and my wallet balance is also present... but either I will have to shift my home to their location or my balance amount will be theirs... Anyways it's good that other aaps are there in the market who deliver to my place and they provide quite a good discount too...

Otipy stopped delivering in my area without notice, and my wallet balance is still stuck. Despite repeated refund requests, they closed my support tickets claiming they couldn’t reach me—without any real effort. This isn’t just bad support, but a complete failure of the platform to take responsibility. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend using Otipy.
