Must manually log in to check prescriptions, as the fingerprint no longer works. No place to change this either. Have to "allow access to my account name, email, and phone number" each time I log in. Will not save in the app for some reason. Recommend making the app work like 99% of all other apps. Quick login with the method I choose (manual, fingerprint, pin, etc). And stop asking me to approve access I've approved countless times.

It won't let me log in on either mobile app or PC for pharmacy. My settings on both devices allow cookies. I called tech support and she couldn't help me...suggested it was my security settings, which it isn't. This is the only app that isn't working. I'm still getting notifications that I have a prescription ready, but i can't log in to see which one.

I have been unable to use this app for almost a year. I have reached out via email and phone multiple times and have even tried creating a new account. My cases have "been escalated" and I "should hear back within 48-72 business hours" but I never get a call or email back resolving the issue. The website works after making a new account, that is, until I try to use the app for coupons, and then I am blocked out again.
