No support for the app. There is a code needed to "activate" the app but the app only allows a few seconds. By the time the email is sent and received and the code seen the app has already timed out. I have reached out to the support email for the app but zero response. UPDATE: two months later and ZERO support. ZERO replies from support or any of my posts on the ottoplay official pages. If I could give this less than one star, I would.

The app is useless. Tried to reset password for my device, no luck. App does not have my device listed in my account. useless.

🤕I'm a tech fiend continually struggling to connect. Firmware updates don't work. All I get is continual errors. I've reset it, wiped cache, rebooted 20 times, now given up. Not sure why there's 2 bluetooth/2 wifi connections. When I connect the other disconnects. Don't know which one to connect, very confusing. One has password the other doesn't. So I delete them to start fresh and both keep reassigning without asking. App also useless. I'm not surprised that YOU HAVE 1.8 STARS! 😥☹️😦😫😡🤬
