So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

Requires Google's spyware location INaccuracy mode, which is not gonna happen. Just use GPS! Can't update snaps with developments on ongoing issues. Seems to be a lot of busybodies sending inconsequential things (that they could and should just take care of themselves) that will make it much harder to get appropriate responses to real problems. And in fact exactly none of my snaps have been resolved appropriately.

Not too impressed, user interface is good but absolutely no feedback once you submit a report. My EPA reports online always reply with confirmation and they always contact for additional information/footage. Absolutely nothing from you guys at all. I have submitted reports that require follow up regarding additional footage because the app only allows limited file upload but have had no reply on all the reports I have submitted. I will go back to reporting directly to EPA from now on.
