So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

The new AI features installed in this version have made sending snaps take significantly longer. We don't need AI force fed to us in absolutely everything at the expense of our planet and livelihoods. Please make it possible to disable the AI features in the app, which make it run significantly worse than before when I could easily send a snap and categorise it myself with my own functioning brain.

Useless app. I have reported things in the past that get ignored. Once I reported illegal parking with Snap Send Solve. Our council decided to do nothing about it. Reported abandoned shopping trolleys ,well they are still there. Nobody wants to be responsible for anything. Is this app still useful? I don't think so.
