Good App I am a season pass holder and a local so I know the layout of the park very well and have not used the "take me there" part of the app. The wait tines do tend to be slightly off but from my experience not more then 10 min or so. I use it to gage how busy the park is. I'd love a spot on the app for season pass members that let you know things like if the front season pass lot is full and how busy the park is. There is no wait time list for any of the water rides, I'd love to see that added to it.
Helpful, but needs some changes It was our first time at Hershey Park, so we were completely unfamiliar with the park's layout. I tried to use the Take Me There feature which literally changed the entire time it was taking me 20 minutes away from where the ride was. (I mean, I would be standing still in one spot & it changed my position no less than 3 times in those couple of minutes.) That part was not good at all. However, being able to look up the various rides & use filters to see what was available was nice. Pls add Intensity levels.
Barely useful The map is terrible, icons and pop-ups get in the way. Seemed like the map and every image needed to be downloaded every time the app was opened. Hasn't been updated to latest Android or iOS
Take Me There It was a little confusing; it felt like the app's park map was laid out a bit differently than the paper maps you could pick up throughout the park. It took me a while to figure out how to change my phone settings to get the Take Me There function to work. But I appreciated that feature & the wait times.
Not helpful and mislead Tried to get the lunch discount - low usability experience....I couldn't get the discount as they stated in the app. Not usable!!!
