Very easy to navigate. This was our 1st time at Hershey Park. The app was super helpful and the fact that it has GPS made it so much better to get around! It tracks everything you need and then some. I especially appreciate the accuracy of line wait times. It saved us a ton of time knowing which rides had shorter wait times so we got the most out of our 1 day here.

the coasters are great! but this is not. the wait times are off and are more for show. it's a map I use as reference but not much most likely going to be deleted. that's why it's 2 stars. but it is very buggy do not recommend to tourists but people who visit often. DO NOT USE. BIG NO. NEGATIVE GHOST RIDER. the park has the money to make this better so why not?! the park in general is great. fun time there. please do better hershey. (And I'm sorry about all of the grammar mistakes and such. )

I like that this stores season pass holder tickets, coupons, and tracks rewards. This functions well as a map to the park as well. The biggest problem is that the wait times are not even close to accurate, which is the main reason to use the app. There are also plenty of "features" that simply redirect you to the website. I also wish there were more options for mobile food ordering and better features for this, like pay with Google at check out.
