I had some difficulty trying to get instructions on how to set the watch with the different modes and pairing the watch with my phone was easy but the time would never set to the correct time. The app worked great but the watch didn't perform to my liking!

You can plug this watch straight into the a charging block with one end that has gold strips where the wrist band attaches on to charge it.

The watch came with no charging cable not charged won't turn on and no way to contact anyone to report the issue. Do not buy this product.
