Welcome to Papa Care! The new app for Papa members and caregivers that makes it easy to schedule and manage Papa visits. Purposely built and designed for our members to schedule those amazing Papa Pals. Get started today in maximizing your access to Papa. Features included:

• Account Setup*: Eligible Papa members can check eligibility and proceed with creating a caregiver account.

• Schedule a Visit: Easy step-by-step process for submitting all the details to request an onsite or virtual Papa visit.

• Dashboard and Schedule Manager: View upcoming visits and all completed visits. If plans change, members can cancel visits and schedule new visits.

• Family Members Support: Start using Papa with your family members for plans that support it as a benefit.

Worst app ever in the history of mankind. it logged me out, now I am not able to log back in my phone. Not able to log in for past almost a year now. And they cannot fix the issue or know how to fix it. Terrible member facing experience. Its been almost 2 years cant use the app. Not sure if thats what they want. I do not know what their Technology team does or read these reviews at all. Especially their CTO Craig Egg.

I don't know why there are so many horrible reviews . It makes me wonder if they are written by papas competitors or something. I have had no issues as a pal receiving pay or with my app. The customer service is almost always prompt issues resolved within 10 minutes or less aside from a couple hour wait times In which I had the option for a return call. I ask the members I visit how they like it as well and haven't gotten a bad review yet. They all seem very happy and appreciative of their pals.

App crashes constantly and they are always changing something within the application. I will say though whomever came up with this ultimately had a great idea...I thought. It was a great idea on how to cash in on Medicaid policies used by seniors and disabled. They have you do the work and they write you off on their taxes as an independent contractor. Brilliant in retrospect as a way to milk the already broken system 🤦🏼‍♀️
