So you can easily get inside even if your arms are full. Easily lock or unlock your home from the inside - no approval needed. Simply touch the sleek and elegant Shepherd Lock, mounted as a retrofit where the original thumbturn is located on the inside of your door. Additionally, there’s a manual backup thumbturn inside Shepherd. We value your privacy and will never ask for a fingerprint. Shepherd Lock approves or disapproves of users based on the Bluetooth signal from their smart device. Give or rescind access to anyone anytime. All you need to do is download the app.

Ratings and reviews

Needs work, a few things grayed out which makes lock only useable for one person. I have to constantly go in and out of airplane mode to "reset" Bluetooth cause it does not pair automatically with lock. So yes this is a problem, every time I come home I have to get out my phone and make sure the lock finds the BT, otherwise I'm not getting in unless I have physical key. UPDATE: Yanked it, it doesn't let ME in let alone anyone else. This app should have been ready to use and it's not.

The app doesn't let you sign up. You put in your name, email,password and phone number, and the you can try to click on the NEXT button but it's not active. You don't go to the next step, nothing happens.
