This allows us to block activity when the app blocker is activated and/or share activity details with your chosen accountability partners when a boundary is crossed. You can exclude specific apps and websites from monitoring at any time.

LeadMeNot uses a foreground service to continuously enforce app blocking rules and monitor screen time limits. The service runs persistently and displays an ongoing system notification to inform the user that blocking is actively in place. This foreground execution is required because Android's background process restrictions would otherwise suspend the monitoring engine when the app is not in the foreground, rendering the blocking and screen time features completely non-functional.

Amazing! This app had been the best at addiction prevention. It has helped me stop wandering on bad websites for several months. In the end, I no longer felt drawn to those sites. This app works. Once you set up all your blocks and monitors correctly, it's able to function very well in the background. I only ran into minor issues: when I tried to reset my glitching phone, it would pop up. Overall, it's a wonderful app! Inknow where I need to go if I need support again!

I like the app, but it has a few issues that make it very frustrating. While I use it to block adult content, and it does so very well, there are certain key words and apps it full on doesn't work with. Google Play store is one. I tried to add key words to help prevent certain games from being downloaded. When that didn't work, I tried blocking the play store during certain times. Still didn't work. So I blocked it completely. Nothin. The app sometimes doesn't do anything that I tell it to do.

Finally an accountability software that invites users into the journey! There's a basic set of monitoring which I can't change. Awesome. Then there a secondary set which I can customize for me specifically. I know what specific words I shouldn't ever be using in online searches. So I got to put them into the filter! I know which apps are troublesome for me, and what times of day. So I got to put that into the filter! This app invited me into the process of digital health. Thank you team!
