I submitted my ID details several times, I used the app before but I don't know why now they are not working properly anymore, everything is just not working, it's been one week now and still they keep telling me to re do the process over again, I'm getting tired of this, it's high time I delete the app 😡😡

Your graphics are amazing and your services are top notch. However there's a very large margin to grow in the aspect of customer relations. There's this man with a very harsh voice alway berating customers for their mistakes, before going ahead to provide assistance, please note that being tech savvy isn't everyone's Forte. I would give 5 stars when the customer services doesn't make me feel like a 25 year old child every time I've made a mistake and need assistance. Gracias.

1. Exchange rates are the worst. 2. Long process to deposit funds. 3.You can't withdraw your own money from the platform unless you buy at a high rate and sell to them at a much lower rate. That's pure evil. 4.The app is total trash. Have to use webpage all the time. 5. Won't lie, payments are fast. 6. The world is evolving. This platform enjoyed some monopoly and failed to grow in flexibility and customer satisfaction. 7. I'm moving to Mybitstore app. You guys should copy their innovation.
