When choosing a location to order from, every single DWC location gives the response "Restaurant is not accepting orders" upon selection. This app is fundamentally unusable at the literal first step of placing an order, an absolute failure and a joke for a chain restaurant of this size. Don't even get me started on how they removed nearly half of their sauces over the past year.

Ordered thru app. When I arrived the place was packed. I was still able to walk right up to the pick up area and received my order promptly. Got our wings home and they were delicious!! I would suggest adding cook time to wings, for those who like crispy skin. I got the sauce on the side due to travel time.

Don't go to roseville location, they have an almost flawless record for messing up orders. I order poutine often and always get extra curds. Roseville takes the extra money put costs but never delivers. Go to the eastpointe location. They get it right. It's so irritating. Im serious when i say puts been act last 7-8 times now. They got it right once in the middle of like 10 orders and it was enough to hope for competence but there is none at the Roseville location. It's been made very clear now!
