I gave the app permission to use my precise location. When sitting across the street from a location and be unable to place an order. The app informs me there's not a location nearby. The app wants me to do a ZIP code search. I'm in a metropolitan area, and ZIP codes change when I walk to the corner intersection. I have to do a Google search to find a ZIP code. No option to use drive-thru. It's either pickup inside or curbside. I selected curbside, but the store insisted I come inside.

We downloaded the app & ordered food for delivery. It never showed because a driver never showed up. There was no notice of this, no indication before or after we ordered, & the tracker just said ">1 minutes away!" There was no way to contact the driver or the delivery service. We could only call the store, which had no more info than I did. We ended up having to pick up our food an hour after we ordered it. It's absolutely ridiculous. The app had been deleted & you should not install it.

UI is very clunky and not very responsive. Not very much feedback on whether you've clicked on something or not. Simple things like ordering a drink bring up a menu that asks if you want "lite ice, extra ice, or no ice." There is no option for regular ice... Then at the bottom there is an option to add the item or buy the item, but is that referring to the drink or the entire combo. There's no context to know the answer.
