The Carrabba's App uses data encryption to protect your financial information and card data is never stored on Carrabba’s Italian Grill servers. The Carrabba's App also uses GPS to enhance the user experience by prompting you to check in when you arrive at the restaurant. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

Your site is not working at all. Ever. Every time I try to log in it states there's a problem and to try again later. Only later never fixes anything and across the board at any of your participating restaurants I'm unable to log in on any partner app or via your website. And sending a password reset doesn't work either. No email gets sent even after multiple requests. This makes ANY online order extremely difficult and I'm unable to keep track of any rewards. Please fix the issue!

Not an easy to use app. Not intuitive, No place to add visits without calling in. it would be nice to have a paid code to add to count the visit. you can even count a visit unless you pay with the app. last week a server took our account number ( our phone number) to add it when we paid our bill with him. I checked our visits this week and no visit showed from last week. Very dissatisfied in this app. Not a way to benefit loyal customers..make it simpler!

Needs real improvement. I keep getting looped around when trying to sign into my rewards account; enter the letters in the weird pic to show I'm not a robot 20 times just to get the error message to try back in a few mins. This has been happening since early last week. Ordering food seems simple enough but would be nice to be able to get my rewards points too.
