5 stars on the stores, 1 star on the app/REWARDS program. Yesterday I spent $33.56 at one of you stores. I was unable to use my REWARDS account to gain points for my purchase, because your app won't let me fully complete my registration. I have an acct. # and I have been granted 5 anchors, but it won't let me store my address and other info because 2 fields requiring entry for my birthday and a code ("enter NA" if you have no code), are dimmed out from being able to enter anything. (Android)

I am able to see that the app version has been updated in Google Play store on 4/16/25, however it still opens in the old app. Does not show the new app avatar in my apps. When launched a message shows to go to Play store to download new app. It'd be great if this could be figured out for Android!

Can't pay. Love the store, hate the app. September 2022 update, still can't actually pay for orders via the app, making it worthless. Wow. You'd think there'd be more focus on collecting funds for orders.
