When scanning in trip documents, sometimes it prompts you to enter necessary truck and order # info, so you can get paid accurately, and sometimes it just does not, and you have to go back and retake all photos, and hope it prompts you next time. This is not acceptable! I only have 14 hours in my day to do all parts of my job, including paperwork, and shouldn't have to spend 10+ minutes, doing the same thing, over and over again, because of an app not working correctly. Please fix this issue.

This used to be a very good app, but over the last few months, it constantly tells me that it's a blurry image, so I have to take multiple shots of most of the pages. I scanned 9 pages tonight, and it took approximately 25-30 scans to get the 9 pages done. This happens every time I scan paperwork, no matter how bright the light is, it even happens outside the truck in full daylight. A few times I've had to use my phone camera and then upload the pictures from my gallery.

A recent update seems to have removed the option to use the phone's camera app instead of the default one in the app, which does not produce readable images. So I can no longer use it for the only thing I did with it, send in trip reports. Back to truckstop scanning for me. Edit and update. They fixed that problem after a few weeks, but now all I see when trying to use the app is "An unexpected error occurred, please try later". Edit and update. Now the driver messaging part doesn't work.
