Wow! This is awesome! Can immediately send in docs now! Easy to use and scans perfectly! Good clear images just like the scanner! You guys need to stop being butt hurt on the cropping, it's simple and it works! You old timers just need to stick to transflow stations and stop using your flip phones and beepers. Also this won't work with pay phones....just FYI.....that mean For Your Information.
Would someone please for the love of God give us the ability to bypass the "image is not in focus - retake" message? This latest update seems to think my BOLs are unreadable when they are? I can't send my trip in at all anymore. I'm gonna stop upating the app when I find a working version. Why fix/update what isn't broken???
Was working fine until this last update. Now I can no longer send BOL scans. Don't know what happened but please fix it soon, this was incredibly convenient prior to this. Edit: Problem seems to have been resolved. Thanks folks!
When I first downloaded the app, it would keep up to 10 completed loads in the system which was great for when I needed to go back and look at something on a previous load. Now, it only keeps 2 completed loads. I would like for it to go back to 10. Also, I'd love for it to work with the macro system. It would be awesome if we were able to send in a macro request such as payroll or submit our loaded and empty calls straight from the app.
New Expanded EDIT v.4.40: Its still the same as it was in the beta 3 yrs ago. Pegasus won't listen to or fix their self-created issues, despite being told about them frequently. Consequently, this app is a pain to use. The problem is, the images of all documents are being deliberately ruined by their badly misnamed 'Image Optimization'. Instead of sending them thru as full color/full resolution, they convert to B&W & downscale them. BOLs are kicked back frequently as unreadable and my pay is held up. Problem is not my phone! It's YOUR image quality reduction! Stop reducing the image resolution & decolorizing my BOLs. Our paying freight customers pay for and fully deserve to receive maximum quality signed BOLS to reimburse us for our services! (New edit portion) No amount of 'troubleshooting' will ever fix this problem. The ONLY solution is to make the 'image optimization' compression optional or to end it entirely, or at least include an image quality slider that goes all the way to the individual phone maximum, which is where I personally & my company would both prefer it. There are many physical things that you don't think about that will unavoidably reduce the quality of the scan without you piling on with your ill-advised image compression. Things like bills getting rained on, wrinkled or folded up (to put in the drivers pocket to keep the rain off them or to avoid losing them), thermal paper or other faint printing, poor lighting conditions (too much or too little light), 2nd or 3rd level carbon copies, steering wheel vibrations, etc, etc. 'Any' amount of image compression, unless it is truly lossless compression, is completely unacceptable unless it can be turned off completely at the drivers will. I have unlimited data & would GLADLY leave all the image compression (mischaracterized as 'optimization'), completely turned off. It would save me SO much worry & aggravation & repeated rescanning.
Decided out of the blue to stop allowing image imports. Dog****, right on payday. How many times are your updates going to screw this pile of **** app up when it was working just fine??? A**holes!!!!!
Removed app capability of creating duty status logs
