The app is difficult to use. It doesn't give you the same deals the stores are currently promoting. And it makes it hard to order a simple cheese pizza in the "double up deal " it forces you to order extra cheese as a topping but I don't want extra cheese, the normal amount is fine. The app needs a lot of work. look at how easy it is to order from the Papa John's app. extremely easy, so I'll rather order from them instead because Peter Piper Pizza's app is difficult. Fix the app

4th time now that I have ordered online and had it picked up. And every time they always forget something that I paid for. This time was all my sides which were Pineapple, Jalepenos, and Diced Pepperoni. The food is always good and I have no complaints there. But every time to forget the other stuff you order with it. It's just becoming too much and I don't think I want to order online from them again.

This app is HORRIBLE. I have ALWAYS had issues. not even lying, it doesn't work 80% of the time. I've been trying to redeem rewards for the past 3 days for my lunch at work and I haven't even been able to ENTER the app. I get that bugs happen, but this has been happening for months, if not over a year. I don't see why they'd allow an app with this many bugs to the public
