Horrible experience. My advice to others: not to purchase their door viewer device even its reputable. Whenever you do a mobile system update, your mobile/app gets unpaired. And when you wanna get it paired, you will not be able to do so. It will prompt you with all sorts of errors. Else your devise will forever be in sleep mode. It's been months that I have hadthis issue, and even their helpdesk was reluctant to help with the issue and mentioned they cannot do much. I'm extremely disappointed.

Extremely lag for motion detection even at highest sensitivity. Most of the time, it can't capture the visitor, or start recording after visitor walk away. Totally defeat the purpose of motion detection. Very lag for connection, too. Possibly the worst product fr Phillips. The visitor call is almost useless for android users. Can't connect or live connect with visitor(s). Total waste of money on a lousy product. They have mostly 1 star reviews, yet no rectification/updates. You guys decide.

Rated 1 star only because I can't give less than this. If you haven’t purchased the digital lock yet, think twice. The app hasn’t been updated since 2024, and the maintenance team has been completely unresponsive, even during their so-called maintenance period.
