Works well, but took a support call to get it installed. I use it to schedule a higher temp during the afternoon when power is less expensive so it doesn't run in the evening when power costs twice as much -- this works though there was a little fussing with the times to get them entered. My only requests: the app should show the actual water temperature, and the history should show the kWh used by the resistance elements (if they are used) differentiated from the kWh used by the heat pump.

I've had my Rheem HVAC unit for approximately 7 months. for some reason I am not getting any notifications, email or text. I have those options turned on and all of the information appears to be correct. I reset the unit twice however it hasn't corrected this problem. *Update I shut off all the notifications, cleared the cache, and then went back in and turn the notifications on. this seems to have corrected the problem and I received two notifications yesterday. Hope this helps others

app is convenient and does what its supposed to for the most part. My issues are the lag between the device and app, no excuse for not up to the minute settings and device information. if I input a command its instant, but it shouldn't take 5 + minutes for my app to update from a scheduled change on system temperature. secondly the savings comparison only goes week to week on your usage. I think it would be great for users to know how much they're saving compared to resistive water heating.
