I've been using this app for years, but recently I encountered a UI glitch where the search bar is at the very top of the screen occupying the space where the camera is, making the search bar unclickable. I tried uninstalling the app but now I can't access the profile/log in button. I can no longer use the app. It's a very dumb glitch.

Too Tedious You have to pick a "ready replacement" for each item you order otherwise they take it out if its out of stock. They eliminated the need for their shoppers to call the customers for replacements but passed the inconvenience to the customers with the lengthy ordering process. I switched to Metromart.

Had such a negative experience with this app. CS won't call if they have any questions or clarifications. Instead of being able to order, pay, go on with my day and continue working, I had to constantly check my phone for updates about my order. If you are a customer who pays for convenience to get groceries, please don't consider Pickaroo. There are better services out there.
