Ratings and reviews

I love the concept, and use it daily. I like the tracking/tagging functionality. Even though there's more functionality that could be added, it's the best I've found. They continue to have issues with syncing certain sportsbooks, and I've had an open ticket for several weeks without resolution or even an update. Also, the fact that you can only do some functions on the app but not on the web is annoying. That means I have to have both my phone and PC if I want to do anything on the laptop.

Was absolutely a 5 star app for a long time until they decided to get greedy and locked even basic stuff like your previous betting calendar behind a subscription. Start off with a great product and then slowly pluck the helpful bits away and stick it behind a paywall until even your longest and most loyal users are forced to pay to access what they've always had. And before you respond saying that your "core" features are still there, how long until you have to pay for those too? Shameful.

Only 1 star now that they've decided to lock 95% of your historical data, filters, and the ability to search all of your bets behind a paywall. They expect you to pay $8.33/month for a new "Plus" tier if you want access to all the information you've had free for years, nevermind the fact that the app barely works half the time. Guess what, Pikkit? NO THANKS! Not a chance I pay for this mess. There are plenty of other services available that aren't greedy.
