I love this app and the workout routines! Makes staying in shape golf centric, while still giving you a full body workout almost every time! The workouts are tailored to you and your physical abilities. You will gain endurance, better balance, strength and flexibility; all great for golf and life in general! Would highly recommend it to people of all ages and abilities!

I love the exercises on here. I have definitely seen an improvement in the power of my swing and that was after one week. Although I do have all the equipment for the workouts, I like how they show you the equipment free option. The price point for this app is fine. It costs just as much for a gym membership if not less depending on the gym. Also I have long COVID and POTS. These exercises are perfect for those who can't do too much exertion.

Great program, app is good too. My only complaint is on the Sansung S22 Ultra it does not stay rotated horizontally. It constantly flips which makes it distracting during the workout program. Otherwise 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 One other thing. It would be nice to skip a workout. Sometimes the workouts are repetitive, which is OK, but sometimes I don't like the workout and wish I could skip it. Thanks
