created a new account filled everything out. don't get any surveys just told to fill out my profile. false advertising says new accounts get $5, I didn't get $5 I didn't get anything. can't even play the games it offers. I was trying to do something and got kicked out and it refuses to let me sign back in total scam. Don't fall for this

I can't login because the sign in button is in the same place as my navigation buttons (like the back button) and it just backs out of the app every time I try to press it. Hopefully you guys can fix that because it looks like others are having the same issue.

Pinecone Research has been abysmal. Their support team makes it so you simply cannot speak to a human and get help, only repeating the same scripted responses. I can't even take most of the surveys they give because their site is too glitchy and it sounds like the app is no better. I've repeatedly contacted them on the issue only for them to ban my account because they'd rather do nothing than help their users, or allow them to report the support team. Do yourself a favor and never trust them.
