I now have a new issue with my online account. I can't remember my password, no big deal, right? Wrong! I get the alert stating "verification code was sent to the phone number used in setting up the account". Updating my info is why I want in my account, I don't have that number anymore. I've sent an email about this twice & have yet to get a reply. That was well OVER a month ago! There's no other option such as "try another way" given. So, I give up. It's a great idea, and started off well. Start with a low credit limit, and take lessons and achieve goals to increase credit limit. And then as quickly as it started, they paused all goals and rewards increases. They said they were working on a new system, but that was several months ago. Also, payments take over a week to apply to your balance, even though it's out of the bank in 1 say. And the app itself is an awful, clunky mess badly in need of optimization.

Arro is a not reputable company that I can recommend to anyone. After I logged into the app, it prompted me to take 3 short lessons to increase my credit limit by $5 for each lesson, so $15 total. When this didn't happen after I completed the lessons, I contacted their customer service and was told that they are making changes to the program and the credit limit increases are paused. I asked why I was prompted to do the lessons then if the increase was not available? Follow ups have been ignored
