I purchased a month subscription, and it wanted me to keep purchasing more... This game was to help the child with emotional and teach skills. It is a complete fraud. I want my money back... I hope people read the reviews and don't get sucked like it seems a lot of people did, including me. Cancel my subscription since so far there is no way to cancel it! I emailed yesterday within your 24 cancelation time. This is fraud. The advertising for the game on doesn't not say it is just a simulation.

I am writing to request a refund for an accidental purchase made through your app. Despite having my settings configured to require verification before any purchase, the transaction was processed without any confirmation prompt, resulting in an unauthorized from my account. This issue appears to be related to your app's advertisdeductioning system.Please process a full refund for this transaction as soon as possible. Thank you.

My granddaughter played this game 1 times on 8/23/25. She was supposed to be able to play it free for 3 days and if it was not cancelled there would be a charge of $14.99 a week. I cancelled this game on 8/24/25. Then I noticed 2 separate charges on my bank account. One charge of $16.00 and a second charge of $38.42. I have disputed both charges with my bank. I hope that you will do the honorable thing and issue credit back for these fraudulent charges. Thank you very much.
