Ratings and reviews

I ordered birth announcements using professional pics we had done. They came out great and I got them quickly. HOWEVER, I ordered a photo album and am no where near as impressed. I thought it was supposed to be quick and easy but it wasn't. I know for certain that none of the pictures I added were dark but in the book, there are a lot of dark pictures. The very first 2 pages have a huge ink smear right down the middle of the page. The picture quality just wasn't good. Most of them were fuzzy.

I would give 5 stars if I weren't for the editing issues with your program and because I only received 1 photo book when I ordered and bought 2 photo books. Still waiting wondering If I'll ever get the other one ? I did like ease of use if i didn't have the issues in editing. I did like the book I did receive. Pictures turned out great. Please fix these issues asap. More importantly, I'm still missing my photo book. Where is it?

The products are great, the experience is frustrating. Google Photos integration is slow, and stops working during larger projects due to quota issues - try again the next day. I wish there was a way to create a fast-to-access "pool" of photos, which you can quickly drag into the book. As it stands, if the default order is not what you want, frustration is ahead to reorder them and ensure you don't lose any of the photos you wanted to include.
