I love the concept of this app, and like many others, I was exposed to the program through work. My only complaint w/the program is this app - website works great. The three lines at the top of the app that, when you click them, shows you "My Health", "Challenges", etc, don't work for me-at least, not the Challenges link. It's completely dead, & nothing happens when I click it. This is unfortunate, b/c this means I am tied to my work computer, & can't really use the app like I'd like to.

Can't log in, and I don't receive username retrieval or password reset emails. If it's because I don't have an account, then the problem is that there's no way to create one. The help link is literally just a mailto with no confirmation of receipt. These issues exist for both Web and App formats.

This app does not sync with Garmin devices. The convoluted sync from 3rd party apps to Google fit back to preventioncloud is the recommended "workaround" but hasn't worked in months, in spite of much effort. This company rakes in a ton of cash from universities and other large clients but can't pay a skilled programmer one week or so to fix this problem? Absolutely ridiculous! Administrators signing these contracts should demand better results.
